Stefan Ondek
Stefan Ondek is Managing Partner, Owner & Head Trainer of the project management consulting & training group POTIFOB. He is a certified Senior Project Manager (PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, IPMA B+ - CIPM/CSPM), Consultant & PRINCE2 Approved Trainer with experience from management consulting, information & communication technologies and banking industries. Besides the project management qualifications mentioned above, he holds a Masters in International Business and the TOCICO Certificate of Achievement.
Stefan deals with project management since 1997, delivers project management training since 1999 and implements project management systems in organisations since 2002.
He has successfully managed large projects, be it core banking information systems implementation or analysis and planning of a universal bank's preparation for Euro adoption as national currency. He has participated in the development of individuals' and organisations' project management competencies & capacities from the creation of project management methodologies through deployment & development of Project Management Offices/ Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Offices (PMO/ P3O), consulting, education of project managers, sponsors & team members in project management, launch & assurance of independent project managers' certification according to leading international standards, to preparations for implementing a multiproject management support system.
He also has been intensely involved in not-for-profit professional activities to promote the spreading and use of good project management, and is a regular speaker at project management events.
